Yvonne gradually became less irritable, and she hugged her knees.
She said, “He was the one who agreed to date me, but I don’t know what the hell happened to him.
He’s been treating me colder ever since he went abroad.
“At first, I thought he just needed some time to get used to his life abroad. But a week ago, I went to Macldo to see him, and he told me never to see him again.
“He wanted to work hard and become the top businessman in Sarcozia to pursue the woman he loved. But what about me? Do I mean nothing to him?” Yvonne sobbed with a runny nose.
Caroline silently listened to her rants, not giving any feedback.
